It seems that for gems which don't start with 'rails-assets-' , 'send_file' is called two times : at line 184 and line 187 (http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-ruby-extras/gemwatch.git/tree/gemwatch.rb?h=rails-assets&id=79debe06df6863b33e37a3cb9be0ed97fab51303#n187). Not sure if it causes a problem.
