Hi. yes, it's possible to install a clean OS without Google-Stuff but ur phone must be rooted.
here is a good instruction http://www.beritahuaja.com/2015/10/how-to-root-samsung-galaxy-j2-sm-j200.html
If you do have done, you can uninstall the Google stuff. If you have no idea what you should do there, let it be.

I have CyanogenMod | Android Community Operating System installed on my phone (an "old" ZTE Blade) and it works just fine, it was a bit complicated installing it, but there are plenty of people posting tutorials and other information on how to proceed. However, I think your phone is still "too recent" to have an alternative OS available for it, at least for CyanogenMod -devices... Unofficial Ports - CyanogenMod , you should probably check these links once in a while, and maybe post a request here .
Meanwhile find out about "rooting" your phone. After you "root" your phone, you'll at least be able to get rid and block some of google's junk.

If you managed to get it "rooted" but still can't install a different OS, you may find the following apps interesting (some will help you escape some of google's crap), you will have to install F-Droid – Free and Open Source Android App Repository to get them.

busybox (needed for some of the others)
systemappmover (a go-around to disable some stuff)
    Disable Manager
    AFWall+
    OS Monitor
    AdAway
    Cache Cleaner
    GApps Browser

Most of these need "root". The "Disable Manager" app works without "root" and will allow you to stop some of google's apps from running in the background. F-Droid is probably the safest place to get apps.
I'm not an authorithy on the subject but I hope these help. Make sure to read the info on the apps.

you're not obliged to open a google account, even on android. But use other appstores than googleplay like aptoide or fdroid

@shonP as NOtek I do prefer easy going with programming and routing, that's why, when not my own system and progs in use I relying on the devicesfirmware, which can be manipulated by the connect to the different "shops", when registering to the net by ident-email. That's why I disconnect during installation and reset, and then put anti-theft and register with that to the net. My thought: it'll be unable to read my passwd.
Ahblablabla. Where and why are u asking?
