    well, thank you for taking part on my private "problem" as well as all your well meant suggestions ...

    discussing a dislike button is not what I was talking about, and hiding it is not solving the problem either ... I think I have to work out a personally tailored way how to handle my selves with what is (and what is NOT) appearing in the stream; the whole thing has to do with how D* is built ... and that cannot be changed.

    as our sonoftroll@pod.geraspora.de just said, "ich wünsche mir endlich eine gute ignor funktion bei diaspora, teils ist es echt zum kotzen." ... "finally I want some good ignore function for diaspora, partly it really sucks." ... but again, for me that's only part of the situation ... I suggest you forget it.

    @antje ... Du mußt, brauchst Dich da nicht betroffen fühlen, es geht mir nicht um persönliches "liken" oder nicht, mir geht's meh um die Tiefe der ganzen Sache; aber wie ich oben bemerkt hab', ich bin mit meinen Erwartungen hier am falschen Ort ... hm.

    @CC basically I'm "fine" with it all, have to lower me expectations, means, it'z all my prob. ... dat simple.

    Hm, I'm against getting rid of "Like" button, but would go for a rename. However, I couldn't think of a better label, yet.

    You can hide the button with CSS, if you want. I can write down the code, wait …
