Im gestrigen Tipp erzählte ich, dass auf diaspora* Hilfestellungen durch Benutzer geleistet werden, die man bekommen kann wenn man mit dem Hashtag #Frage darum bittet (naja, man kann auch #Hilfe nehmen). Aber es gibt noch mehr stellen, an denen man nachschauen kann bevor man einen öffentlichen Beitrag schreibt!
- Als erstes sei erwähnt, dass diaspora* eine Hilfe-Seite hat, welche man erreichen kann, wenn man auf den eigenen Namen oben rechts auf der Seite klickt und dort “Hilfe” wählt.
- Das diaspora*-Wiki hat noch eine Seite mit dem Titel FAQ für Benutzer. Hier sollte man eine Menge Antworten finden. Und wenn etwas fehlt steht es vielleicht auf der englischen Seite
- Und letztlich gibt es (auf englisch) noch die support-Kategorie im Entwickler-Forum von diaspora*. Hier sollten aber nur komplexe Fragen gestellt werden um die Teilnehmer dort nicht mit Belanglosem zu nerven.

Ich versuche Flas Texte zeitnah zu ihrem Erscheinen zu übersetzen, aber ich habe auch nicht unendlich Zeit (jetzt über Ostern werde ich wahrscheinlich nicht viel Zeit finden). Alle und jeder sind aufgefordert eigene Tipps unter #diasporatips zu schreiben.

#diasporaTips of the day: help resources.
In yesterday tip I said that diaspora* support is done by the community, using the #question hashtag (Well, you could also use #help). But there are other places you can check before publishing a post!
- First of all, diaspora* has an help section that you can access by clicking on your name in the header, and then clicking on “Help”.
- Second, diaspora* wiki has a very nice page called FAQ for users. You should be able to find a lot of answers there. And if you see something that’s missing, add it, it’s a wiki!
- The last place where you can ask questions is the section support of the diaspora* discourse forum. This should only be used for complex questions though, to avoid noise for the contributors there.

L’astuce diaspora* du jour : les ressources d’aide
Dans l’astuce d’hier, j’indiquais que l’aide sur diaspora* se faisait par la communauté grâce aux tags #question et #aide. Mais il y a d’autres endroits où vous pouvez chercher avant de poster un message.
- Tout d’abord, diaspora* a une section d’aide accessible en cliquant sur votre nom dans l’entête en haut à droite, puis en cliquant sur “Aide”.
- Ensuite, le wiki de diaspora* a une super page FAQ pour utilisateur où vous devriez pouvoir trouver beaucoup de réponses. Et si vous voyez qu’il manque quelque chose, ajoutez le, c’est un wiki !
- Le dernier endroit où vous pouvez poser des questions (en anglais) est la section d’aide du forum discourse de diaspora*. Cela ne devrait être utilisé que pour les questions complexes cependant, pour éviter de trop déranger les contributeurs.
