Ein geheimer Gericht interpretierte das Gesetz ohne weitere Übersicht von Kongress oder justizielle Kontrolle, obwohl das Patriot Act ein schreckliches Stück Gesetzgebung ist, ist es auch nirgends drin vorgesehen, Zugang für die Regierung zu allen Internet-Verkehr zu erlauben.

Agree, but it is not google who interprets the law, it is a court ... nevertheless we should look for alternatives.
Einverstanden aber auch in diesem Fall ist es nicht google, sondern ein geheimes Gericht, welches das Gesetz interpretiert. Trotzdem sollten wir uns alternativen Suchmaschinen zuwenden.
