@Devyl -- Read Agenda 2030 and Agenda 21 on the United Nations web site. This is an active plan that they are working on every single day. The idea is to concentrate humanity into mega-cities along the coast and "re-wild" the interior of the continents. It's just another form of feudalism, only the serfs will be bound to a district in a city instead of a lord's lands. They don't need 7 billion people to support their lifestyle. 500 million is plenty for them.
