From the comments: For anyone wondering the instrument the girl is using, is called a "daisny nuruug taslakh" made from spines, traditionally human spines from enemies killed on the battlefield, the name of it roughly translates to "snapping spine of the enemy". I suspect this one is made from goat spine though, at least i hope so.
